If you find that acceptable email is being routed to your trash email box, you can add an email address or an entire site to your safe senders list.

Follow the instructions below to add an email address to your Outlook safe senders list.

1. In Outlook, go to the Home tab and select Junk.

2. Choose Junk E-mail Options... from the drop-down menu.

3. Click the Safe Senders tab under Junk E-mail Options and then Add... on the right-hand side.

4. Enter the email address or domain that you want to be considered safe, and then click OK. Someone@example.com, for example, or @example.com

5. Press the Apply button.
